1. AIMA is designated as the national contact point for cooperation and the exchange of information on the mobility rules for intra-corporate transferees, and for notifications relating to the mobility of intra-corporate transferees.

2. AIMA shall inform the national contact points of the other Member States of the authority competent to receive applications for and issue residence permits for intra-corporate transferees, and of the procedure applicable to the mobility into national territory of a worker holding a residence permit for intra-corporate transfer.
