1. The Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) is responsible for compiling statistics on the grant, renewal and cancellation of residence permits under this section, broken down by nationality and period of validity, including the residence permits of a researcher’s family members under the right to family reunification.
1 - O SEF é responsável pela elaboração de estatísticas sobre a concessão, renovação e cancelamento de autorizações de residência ao abrigo da presente secção, desagregadas por nacionalidades e períodos de validade, incluindo as autorizações de residência dos membros da família do investigador, ao abrigo do direito ao reagrupamento familiar.
2. The statistics referred to in the preceding paragraph relate to each calendar year and are transmitted to the Commission, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 862/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007, within six months of the end of each calendar year.
2 - As estatísticas referidas no número anterior são respeitantes a cada ano civil e são transmitidas, nos termos do Regulamento (CE) n.º 862/2007, do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 11 de julho de 2007, à Comissão, no prazo de seis meses, a contar do final de cada ano civil.
