1. Without prejudice to Article 85, a residence permit granted under this section may be cancelled at any time if:
1 - Sem prejuízo do disposto no artigo 85.º, a autorização de residência concedida ao abrigo da presente secção pode ser cancelada a todo o tempo se:
a) The holder has actively and voluntarily, on their own initiative, renewed contact with the presumed perpetrators of trafficking in human beings or of aiding illegal immigration; or
a) O portador tiver reatado activa e voluntariamente, por sua própria iniciativa, contactos com os presumíveis autores de tráfico de pessoas ou de auxílio à imigração ilegal; ou
b) The responsible authority considers that the cooperation is fraudulent or that the victim’s complaint is unfounded or fraudulent; or
b) A autoridade responsável considerar que a cooperação é fraudulenta ou que a queixa da vítima é infundada ou fraudulenta; ou
Verify that cancellation is discretionary (‘may’), the three alternative grounds in paragraph 1 and the exclusion of point (c) for permits granted under Article 109(4).
